Digital delivery only
Every product sold on Qalam Educative is digital. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and there are no shipping charges.
When you receive your order
- Immediately after payment, you are taken to your order page, which has a download button for every file in your order.
- Within a few minutes, an email with the same link is sent to the address you entered at checkout.
- Courses are delivered as downloadable video files or a private viewing link, and template packs as files or Canva template links, as described on each product page.
In the rare case that a file for a newly released edition is still being prepared, your order page says so and the files are emailed to you within 24 hours.
If you do not receive your files
- Check your spam, promotions and updates folders for an email from [email protected].
- Open My downloads and enter your email address and order number.
- If the payment went through but you have neither the email nor the order number, write to [email protected] with the payment reference shown in your bank or UPI app. We resend access within one working day.
Download limits
Each file can be downloaded 10 times from your order page. Save a copy on your device. If you need more downloads, write to us and we will reset the count.
