1. Who we are
Qalam Educative (qalameducative.store) is an online store run by POONAMA SHARMA, an individual as a sole proprietor based at VIKRANT KHAND, GOMTI NAGAR, LUCKNOW, UTTAR PRADESH 226010, India. It is not a registered company and is not registered under GST. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the operator of Qalam Educative, and "you" means the person buying or using our products.
2. What we sell
We sell digital educational products: recorded video courses, eBooks, workbooks and template packs. All products are delivered electronically as downloadable files or private links. No physical goods are shipped.
Each product page describes the contents, format, files included and software needed. Please read it before buying. Page counts, lesson counts and durations are given as accurately as we can and may change slightly between editions.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian rupees and are the full amount payable. We are not registered under GST, so no GST is added or charged. Payments are processed by Razorpay, licensed payment aggregators; we never receive or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
An order is confirmed only after the payment gateway confirms a successful payment. If a payment fails or is cancelled, no order is created and no product is delivered.
4. Your licence to use the products
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning and, for template packs, for your own work or work you do for your clients. You may keep the files permanently and use them on your own devices.
You may not resell, share, upload, publish or distribute the files, course videos or templates, in whole or in part, whether free or paid, or present them as your own product. Doing so is a breach of these terms and of copyright law, and we may cancel your access without refund.
5. Delivery
Delivery is immediate after a successful payment, as set out in our delivery policy.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our refund and cancellation policy.
7. No guarantee of results
Our products teach skills and give practical methods. We do not promise any particular job, income, exam result or business outcome, because results depend on how each person applies what they learn. Material about tax, GST or finance is general information, not professional advice; consult a qualified professional for your own situation.
8. Third-party tools
Some products explain how to use third-party software or services such as Microsoft Excel, Canva, CapCut, n8n, Make or Power BI. We are not affiliated with these companies. Their features and prices may change, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where the operator resides.
