Our products are digital files that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded. This policy is written to be fair to you while recognising that.
Full refund if you have not downloaded anything
If you have not downloaded or opened any file or link from your order, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason. Our order records show whether a download has happened.
Refunds after a download
Once any file from an order has been downloaded, we give a full refund only in these cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Your payment succeeded but you did not receive access to the files, and we could not fix this within 3 working days of you telling us.
- A file is damaged or will not open, and we could not send a working replacement within 3 working days of you telling us.
- The product is substantially different from its description on the product page.
We do not give refunds for change of mind after downloading, for buying the wrong title, or because the content was already known to you. Please read the full contents on the product page before buying.
Upgrading to the Complete Library
If you bought a single title and then want the Complete Library, we will charge only the difference rather than refund and re-sell. Write to us with your order number.
Cancellations
Because delivery is instant, an order cannot be cancelled once payment succeeds; use the refund options above instead. If a payment fails or you close the payment window, no order is placed and you are not charged. If your bank debits money for a failed payment, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 working days.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address used for the order, with your order number and the reason. We reply within one working day.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through the payment gateway within 5 to 7 working days of approval. The time for the money to appear in your account depends on your bank or UPI app. Once a refund is issued, access to the order's downloads is closed.
