Why the name Qalam
Qalam is the Urdu word for a pen. It is a reminder of what this store is for: material written down clearly enough that you can learn from it on your own, at your own pace, and come back to it whenever you need it.
Each title here teaches one practical skill, priced so that a student or a young professional can actually afford it, and yours to keep once you have paid.
Questions before you buy
How do I receive the files?
Straight after payment you land on your order page with a download button for every file. The same link is emailed to you. Courses are delivered as downloadable video files or a private link, as listed on each product page.
Can I pay with UPI?
Yes. You can pay with any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), debit or credit card, net banking or a supported wallet.
What if a file does not open or I lose the email?
Use the My downloads page with your email and order number to open your files again. If a file is damaged, write to [email protected] and we will send a working copy.
Can I get a refund?
If you have not downloaded anything from your order, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days. After a download, refunds are given for duplicate payments or files we cannot fix. The refund policy has the details.
