About this course

Freelancing is not one skill. It is your craft plus a set of business habits: choosing what to offer, setting a price you can defend, finding the first few clients, writing proposals, handling scope creep and getting invoices paid. Most freelancers learn these by losing money. This course teaches them up front.

It is written for freelancers in India working with Indian and international clients, so it covers the practical parts other courses skip: receiving payments from abroad, invoicing as an individual, when GST registration applies, and keeping simple records for your income tax return.

No. It explains the general rules in plain language so you know what to ask. For your own filing, speak to a chartered accountant.
